QUEST Internship Program

KKL Collective partnered with the Maui County Workforce Development Board to elevate the QUEST DWG Program through a strategic social media campaign. We boosted awareness, engagement, and employer connections — positioning QUEST, managed by Goodwill Industries of Hawai'i, as a key pathway to quality jobs and workforce success.

Hope Services Strategic Plan

KKL Collective partnered with HOPE Services Hawai‘i to develop a strategic plan grounded in collaboration with leadership, staff, and community stakeholders. The plan strengthens core services, expands housing and behavioral health initiatives, and provides a sustainable framework for long-term organizational growth.

Department of 'Ōiwi Resources Strategic Plan

KKL Collective developed the strategic plan as the kahua (foundation) for the Department of ʻŌiwi Resources, using a values-driven approach to guide Maui County in protecting Indigenous resources and advancing community well-being, cultural vitality, and environmental sustainability.

Aloha Maui Podcast

KKL Collective partnered with the Hawai‘i Community Foundation to produce Aloha Maui, a podcast hosted by Maui’s Morning Goddess. Created to uplift community voices and stories of resilience, Aloha Maui highlights the people, partnerships, and progress shaping Maui’s recovery and renewal. Through authentic storytelling and local perspectives, the podcast fosters connection, hope, and collective strength across the island.

Blueprint 2030

KKL Collective supported the development and communication of Blueprint 2030, a comprehensive plan outlining 17 action steps to strengthen Hawai‘i’s economic competitiveness, diversify key industries, and build long-term community wealth. The initiative provides a roadmap for collaborative growth—connecting business, government, and community leaders in shaping a better future for Hawai‘i.

MPD Strategic Plan

In collaboration with the Maui Police Department (MPD), KKL Collective facilitated the development of a comprehensive strategic plan informed by input from department personnel, Maui County leadership, and the local community. The plan provides a roadmap for advancing public safety, improving organizational effectiveness, and fostering meaningful engagement with the community.
